The Principal of an Institution should always be honest, fair, objective, supportive, protective and law abiding. Besides, the following traits are expected from the Principal:
To ensure the observance of acts, statutes, ordinances, regulations, rules and other orders issued by the University authorities, other regulatory bodies and the Management, from time to time.
To implement the new ideas and plan to execute the vision and mission.
To promote institution interaction and inculcate research development activities.
To listen to the student’s ideas and set a supportive tone.
To ensure that the staff and students are aware of rules, policies and procedures laid down by the college.
To be fair in disciplinary actions towards the members of faculty, non-teaching staff and student.
The Principal has the responsibility of addressing and resolving all issues concerned with the partakers of education.
To ensure that ample importance is given to the gender sensitivity measures in all the activities of the College.
To execute any other qualitative and quantitative work for the welfare of the students and institution.
To empower the staff and students to reach their maximum potential.
The Principal has the responsibility to deliver leadership, direction and co-ordination within the College.
